The Victory Handbook is a softbound book created for local organizations/auxilliaries during and just following WWII. It gave information on the Armed Forces including ranks and insignias, presidential histories, how to address correspondence to war prisoners, flag etiquette, usage and conservation of food, governmental abbreviations and first aid in the front half. The back half included the Roll of Honor of those In the Service of Our Country. The booklet also includes advertisements for local businesses. It was published by the American War Dads Auxiliary, Chapter No 29, of Excelsior Springs.
