	by 1913	moved into corner building at 120 E. Broadway, sharing the structure with the Knox Bath House and a grocer.

	1920's	Dr. C. P. Bartley established offices there
	1950's	Became home to the Lodwick Law Offices, established by John Lodwick, Sr., a former mayor of Excelsior Springs. His two sons, John Lodwick, Jr. and Dave Lodwick still have offices there.
